I have always loved this quote from Maya Angelou. I just wanted to end Sunday on this note.
If I have a bad day, only I can change it or allow others to bring me to the light to make it better.

Amy, well said by Ms. Angelou. I would add a corollary, though. Do pay attention to those negative experiences as well, as they may be the best teachers. Being knocked down will teach you how to duck or block the punch. Still, a great quote. Keith

Hi Keith! I agree! Maya Angelou is one of my idols. Her strength came from all of the negative you are talking about. Your comment made me dive into who I am and how I got here. I realized the negatives have actually made me the person that I am today. I appreciate the feedback and comment, for sure!

Amy, she is truly an American hero whose message should be heard. I was sharing just today, I learned a great deal from my mentor from his many positive examples, but also his negative ones as well. Again, thought provoking post. Well done, Keith
